I've have some noice in my break pedal for a while and never bothered to find out what the deal is. Maybe someone can figure it out or has heard it / seen it before. When I normally stop it isn't a problem. When I mash the gas either in motion or at a stop, in the last half of the brake pedal movement there is a rubbing/squeeking type sound. Like two pieces of rubber against each other or something. I don't know if it really is something rubbing or if it is part of the brake system that is making the noise. Wes thought maybe the master cyl or the brake booster could be leaking or something. I don't know much about how that part of the brake system works. Does anyone have a clue? If it is a brake booster or master cylinder, I assume that is a warrenty item I can have fixed, right?
