hi, i want to upgrade my 2001 sable wagon to bigger wheels and tires.i commute about 55 miles a day to work on the highway.i currently the factory 16 x 6 wheels and 215-60-16 tires.i would like to go to a 19 or 20inch wheel but dont know if thats a good idea for all that driving.i know the the tire sizes would be at least a 225-35-20 or 225-40-19 sizes.maybe a 17 or 18 inch wheel would be better suited.any insight would be greatly appreciated

I'd recommend not going over an 18 inch wheel. That way you can keep some side wall height without going too oversize on the overall wheel/tire diameter. A taller sidewall will also help maintain ride quality and reduce the chance of a bent wheel by providing a little cushion to absorb the shock of hitting pot holes. My summer tires are 225/45 on 17s, I'd suggest a 50-55 series tire for a better ride.
