Is this common? I replaced the tensioner and S-belt on my '04 Vulcan last summer with an aftermarket part from Advance. Now I'm getting progressively worse rotational belt squeal again. I haven't confirmed for sure it's the tensioner but it seems the most likely culprit.

Nevermind. It was the belt. 18 months old and 17K miles on it. Don't buy the Drive-Rite belts from Advance, get the Dayco one if you're keeping your car for a while.
