lately my car has a horible smell after I floor it or give it a lot of gas. Is this normal? or is there a problem?, I cant see it being a problem because the check engine light is not on. anyone know what is causing this?

If it smells like sulpher or rotten eggs, your cat converters are going.

Crappy gas can do it. If the car is running too rich, that'll do it too. Or failing cats.

.....or a dead cat in your back seat :p

I would suspect the catalytic converter as others have mentioned here, but that doesn't explain why you're smelling it strongly inside the vehicle while moving at a good rate (after flooring it). Bad cats or not, there shouldn't be any significant amount of exhaust entering the cabin.

I'd get the whole exhaust system looked at from the headers back.
