Autolamp

I have a 1997 Gl that came with the regular headlight switch. I changed it to the autolamp switch, so now it has the headlight knob, dimmer switch, and autolamp switch. I want the autolamp part of it to work. I see that there is an extra connector for something else to plug in, maybe a sun sensor? Can someone help me? I think that I need for the small black ball on the dash by the front defroster vents right? If possible, include part numbers and an estimated price. thanks

yes...all you need is the "light sensor amplifier"

It has 5 leads....1 for power, one for the output to the headlamps and parking lamps, and the other three go to the headlight swich for the delay and on off control.

Do you have a pic of where it is installed on your car? Does it have a connector on the end of the wire that has three plugs? Where does it go? Thanks
