Are there any Factory Service Manual pdf's available?

My last vehicle had an extensive FSM available on the internet as PDF's that made troubleshooting and diagnostics very easy. I got my hands on this PDF when the vehicle was relatively new.

With the Taurus, I've come up empty. Perhaps I've seen one PDF, but not relevant to what I need to find.

Trying to troubleshoot my heated/cooled seat problem on my '14 Taurus, and some good FSM documents might make things easier.

With so many cars still under warranty you aren't going to find one. Maybe when all of this generation Taurus are no longer under warranty you'll find one, but it's unlikely you'll find one until then.
Ford has really clamped down on online info. Even sites that previously had some older repair modules listed have been forced to take them down
You can buy the official WSM from Helm on CD. Otherwise you'll be SOL until it leaks otherwise.

I just pressed the buy button on one for my Explorer today. It was pricy at $177, but chock full of excellent information.

On one of the sites I frequent someone managed to find the same documents for much, much cheaper, but I'm sure they're just pirated versions of the original. YMMV.
I purchased the Haynes Manual. Just enough information to get you in trouble. ;)

I actually have one, send me a message with your email if you want me to send it to you. Apparently you aren't allowed to post external links here. I tried posting it once and it was deleted within minutes if im not mistaken. I actually found it on ebay of all places. So I paid the few bucks and tried helping out by posting it, when they said external links aren't allowed I offered to email it to people and did get a few messages

Its a few thousand pages though so be prepared to do a **** ton of scavenging haha
Haynes and Chiltons are horrible.... almost worthless, and even wrong in some instances. If you plan to do anything other than basic maintenance or very simple repairs to your car, fork up the cash for the FSM. Money VERY well spent.

Guess Ford has clamped down.

For reference, this is what I had with my previous Infiniti, and guess it was leaked as I got it with the car still under warranty.

This info helped me out so much and saved me thousands!

I emailed you guys the link to the google doc
Thank you! Very helpful.

I'm trying to diagnose why my Heated/Cooled seats no longer work (both side). It was an intermittent issue, but now they are permanently not working. I've tested the fuse and it's fine. When I press the touchscreen, they show they are on, but I'm lacking that "click" I get from the pass side dash area when they actually go on.

Around page ~376 goes into detail about DTC's for the Dual Climate Controlled seat module, and even gives codes, however it states a scan tool is needed to pull them. I have Forscan with an MScan equipped interface. I wonder if I can pull codes using that. I want to say yes....

But thanks again, this info gives me enough information that I can try and troubleshoot this on my own before caving in and having the dealer look at it.

If anyone knows how to use ForScan to pull the DCSM codes, let me know.
