Check on ebay, you might be able to find a factory service manual. I have never dealt with the climate control system in the gen1/2 taurus, but from what it sounds like, when a/c is on, the vents are in the defogger position. Did this just start happening or has it always done this?
Air Conditioning Eatc Controls Help
I have a 1988 Lincoln Continental but it uses the same thing as the Taurus. I was wondering if anyone had the problem of having the top vents (by the window) work with the AC and the rest blowing nothing. What is the fix for this?
