Are you talking about the switch atop the accumulator?

Just start it by hand, then snug it with a small adjustable (crescent) wrench on the hard plastic hex near the bottom. New switch should come with a new o-ring. Iirc, lo-pressure cycling switch is commonly available at most parts stores for <$10.
