You could have a look at the Rockauto catalogue. A quick check suggest the 1996-1998 models year are the same, 1999 is unique and 2000-2007 are also the same.
98 rack replacement and swap info needed
OK, its looks like the 98 will need a rack again due to leaking out the drivers side bellows
