97 3.0L Vulcan Valve Cover Gaskets Repair
Hello, I couldn't find any directions detailing the replacement of new valve cover gaskets on the common '97 Taurus GL 3.0 Vulcan motor. Is there any tricks or tips to be aware of before undertaking this service? Just looking for advice about removing the fuel rails, electrical leads, etc., etc., that might be lessons learned. Also, what is the torque spec on the valve cover bolts for the reinstall? Thank you in advance!

The gasket set did not come with any grommets. Are they part of this year gasket set? The next engine gen does have grommets as part of the set.The grommets go on top of the cover, under the bolt heads.
