Replaced calipers & pads on all 4 wheels. Pads wear out in 6-9 months on the rear. Warmer weather, and now rear brakes are over-heating again. I suspect the proportioning valve. Anyone ever have the same problem?

What Sheila said.....(I had to replace the rear slider pins and greased them with silicon grease on my 94 sable) plus there are some older posts on here saying that sometimes the rear brake to caliper hoses wear out and can cause the rear caliper pistons to stay "out". So if new slider pins coated in silicone grease or anti seize dont help....maybe look into the hoses.
