The module on the radiator support on my 93 taurus keeps buzzing when ignition is turned to run. I replaced this module and got in, hit the key and........buzzzzz.....

The car also is not getting any spark, coil is fine... don't know if whatever is bothering the module is the cause of this?? Any help would be great!! Thanks, p.s. the buzzing is very LOUD, the car turns over great, just no darn spark........
