Hi, I'm working on replacing the stock casette stereo by a GPS DIN head unit.

For most accurate navigation I need to hook up this piece to the vehicle speed sensor and reverse wires. I think I have identified them correctly under the hood (reverse pnk/blk in white plug on top of trans, vss above left drive shaft) but find those locations not very convenient and smart to tap into the wires.

Where would those wires be routed in the dash area? And where is the PCM located in this vehicle? (I have the wiring diagram for it)

Thanks!

Not sure where/if they are in the dash, but I do know that the PCM is located next to the passenger side strut tower in the engine bay.

Looked at it today, still not my favorite location to tap into wires for a aftermarket stereo install.

I might be able to find the wires in the dash area if I had an instrument cluster, auto shifter, dash or body wiring diagram. Any idea where I could get any of those?
