Check out this prototype rendering of a Gen 4 Mercury Sable Wagon. My friend couldn't give me the date of this so I am not sure if this was during the development phase or if this is a face lift of some kind.

Its got a classy look, what do you guys think?

Thats NOT a Mercury Sable. It's the Mercury L'Altitude Concept. It was an AWD wagon with the SHO V8 engine. It had HID's and a water resistant interior.

Whatever it is, it looks like a gen 3 wagon with roof racks and a different front end. Pretty ugly if you ask me.

I love the front grill. I wish my car had a grill and lights like that. If that were for sale as a RWD sedan, or even a lower FWD sedan, I would be All Up Ons.

With that alone I'd say its fairly interesting.

Too bad they don't make something like it. It would give some competition to the foreign brands. They would have to use another engine though.
