My SHO has transmission problems with 200,000 miles I want to swap it out with a remanufactured transmission how hard is it to do it’s all wheel drive

Honestly it's not too bad even for a even a back yard mechanic if you have a lift a little easier but more to do but it'll come down on a cradle with engine and transmission but doing it on ground you can hack it up high enough remove whatever in the way and slide just the transmission......I'll tell you this it's easier than my edge limited I'm in process of changing all chains and water pump.....on the Taurus doing same thing it's not too bad Ford made the Taurus with very easy maintenance.... mainly for the police but it benefits us as well
