My 2004 Ford Taurus stalls on acceleration.

I get the following codes:

P0191 - fuel pressure rail sensor "A" circuit range/performance

P2198 - O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

Fuel pump has been replaced. I'm replacing the fuel filter right now.

Fuel pressure runs consistently around 40 psi, and if I'm easy on the pedal, it stays that way. When I try to accelerate faster, the fuel pressure drops substantially (like 10psi) and the codes get set.

What would you guys do first here?

Drop in pressure to 10 psi in high fuel demand situations is likely the fuel pump failing, assuming the fuel filter is known to be clean or recently replaced.
