I have flush both ways and blown in the hoses both ways and clear both ways. I have checked my blend door and it works fine. Someone said to check the Temp control valve in the front passenger side. I did notice that I am loosing antifreeze. I can't see any leak though. Any other ideas? I also changed the water pump thinking it was bad and it looked fine.

Do you know that your car has a heater core bypass hose that allows your coolant to circulate thru the system in case the core gets clogged. Its is located close to the heater hoses on the firewall about4-5 inches long. You cant miss it. You may have a clogged core.

hi,
check the coolant recovery tank, sometimes they develop a leak.
my tank was leaking coolant onto the serpentine belt.

do you smell the coolant? if so you may have a leaking head gasket.

hey im having a similar issue.

Im having a similar issue. My heater core is fine, and i get heat for like 10 seconds then it gets colder but not cold. I believe its the blend door letting in cold air because it wont close all the way. how do i check it and/or fix it?
