Ok so I have a 1994 Ford Taurus SHO 5 speed. Drove it home a few weeks ago, went out the next day to move it, and it won’t start. Coolant fan and fuel pump kicks on when you turn the key on, car cranks but no start. So I did some tests and figured it may be a faulty ccrm. So I went to the ford dealer and ordered a new one. Yes same part numbers. Last one in stock in the system shipped all the way from a dealer in Texas. Anyways I installed it and the car fired right up. Car ran for 15 minutes then stalled out. Now back to the fan and fuel pump running all the time with key on, no injector pulse just power on both wires in the injector plug connectors. All it does is crank with no start. Checked all fuses etc and everything is good. Cleaned all the grounds and still the same thing. Also the eec test port gives no codes and will not connect to my scanner at all. My snap on scanner reads my 94 mustang just fine and communicates with it but will not communicate with the Taurus. Someone please help me. I don’t know what it could be.
