i have a 93 taurus that just wouldn't start and it has fuel pressure and spark
the car wouldn't start the motor is a 3.0 and used to run fine, the repair guy said its like their not getting fuel into the motor, i need help on what to check

Does it have a clicking sound when you turn the key? Or does it turn the engine, but won't turn over? Or is there no sound at all?

it turns over and has spark and fuel pressure, changed the black box and no change

Have you checked every fuse?

yes fuses are find has fire of plugs and turns over and is getting good gas pressure

Has fire of plugs... you have taken a few plugs out, grounded the base and seen the alternate sparking?
If so and you have fuel pressure...(how did you confirm?) then what seems to be missing is the fuel pressure getting to the injectors possibly and the computer firing the injectors.
Answer the spark question and tell us how you confirmed the fuel pressure and volume and then we can look at the computer to injector possibility and related sensors (such as PCM driver/PCM injector relay, a shorted injector which can kill the driver/relay circuit, failed crank or cam sensors ect.).
Did you have any codes stored or recent?

cars going into the ford dealer mening the shop we had check stuff on it couldn't find anything

I had the SAME PROBLEM!!!

But my Spark was not big enough. I replaced the coil pack and that was it.

It had my a$$ kicked too. I tested everything... messed with it for a week...
