Yes, I searched. I probably didn't type in the right criteria.

When setting my timing today on my 90 sable, I had to sand the balancer about 5 times to be able to read the marks with the light. While down there, I noticed the R/F coil spring was snapped.

What other year cars can I pull the whole strut/spring assembly off of at the J/Y that would bolt on?

All Taurus/Sable from1989-1995. The Gen 3 and 4 are different from the Gen 1 and 2 I believe.

The Monroe Quickstruts are the same part numbers for Gen 1 and Gen 2 so I assume other brands; i.e. Motorcraft would be good too.

If they have not been replaced since 1990 I would go new. It will help a lot.
