Honestly I don't like them on this car. And thank god they aren't for this car..

They are for my '92 supercoupe to replace the cobra R wheels. The SC is getting repainted right now and I just got the tires today, so I HAD to put them on something

Tires are Falken 451 245/45/18's... About an inch too tall for the taurus. A 235/40 would be about perfect. These should fit perfect on the supercoupe, as it has a much larger wheel well opening than the taurus does..

These wheels fit perfect with no rubbing (just BARELY clear the rear fender lip with sagging springs, probably no problem with the right sized tires)

I sold the Cobra R's quite some time ago... They were too agressive for the taurus anyway, at 9" wide! LOL

I actually love the way my Taurus looks with the stock directional '95 SC wheels (16x7, with 225/55/16's)

I now have the bird emblems filled in smooth, All I have to do is repaint the caps when I re-finish the wheels. A friend of mine in the graphics business is making me a black factory looking Ford logo to stick on the centercap. Plus these have nearly new Yokahama tires on them, and the 225/55/16 is the perfect size for the taurus.

I guess we do have nearly identical cars. Only diff I can think of is mine is the 3.8L and yours is the 3.0L.. What options does yours have?

I have the rear spoiler, 4 wheel disc ABS brakes, sport cluster with tach, remote trunk release/fuel door release..

Only thing I don't have that SE's came with (according to the '95 showroom brochure) is the full leather seating surfaces, keyless entry, and the paint stripe (I don't care for the stripe anyway)..

well, i dont have rear disks, yet. but i do have the paint stripe, which i kinda love on my car. i have the cluster with a tach. soon a sho cluster. thank god i dont have full leather. and i dont have keyless entry, but i do have an alarm. oh, i dont have a moonroof. wish i did tho

i never noticed untill last night u didnt have a paint stripe.
when we goin to meet up somewhere and get car pics?

Looks really clean. I'm still going with the staggered setup on my 98 w/18x7front and 18x8rear. I don't like to see the front tires stick out but that's just me.
