I tried search here maybe I'm doing something wrong hut have a 15 SHO I'm trying to fix and need to replace the APIM...is the part # for the sho unique to the non sho models or do I definitely need to pull the module before buying it to confirm the part#?

Ford APIMs are typically going to be the same part number in the many vehicles that have that same setup. If you have Sync 2 with an 8” screen for example, it is going to be a compatible module. The as built data is what will differ and that will require programming by dealer, someone with access to IDS, or FORScan.
