Hello again my bull is being a pita as always and i have a question for the bull wrenches. My battery light came on earlier today (alternator output was 11.5) when i checked the fuse box, #18 was blown and it was described in the taurus wiki as a "power point" fuse but what exactly is it and why did it blow? I replaced the fuse and then all hell broke loose. Tach quit on me, fuel gauge dropped, dash lights went dim, headlights went out, turn signals quit and i barely limped home. Im changing the alternator tomorrow but id still like to know about that fuse. Any help would be great, thanks

I know that, the bull is my first car thats computer controlled so on my previous car, a 91 chevy astro, the volt meter was the only indicator of an alternator issue. When my bull, "Blue" went into survival mode i just prayed i would get home without having to push it. Id still like to know what that power point fuse protects.
