    Hi, I have a 2016 Ford Taurus SE with 35K miles, I purchased a 4" to 8" sync kit but the wiring doesn't seem correct. Has anyone worked on this or have some advice? I purchased this kit from Infotainment.com and everything seems to be in order but they refuse to assist me with the wiring
