God Awful 90's Ford Green

My great grandparents bought the car in 1997 with 74k miles on the odo. I received the car after the death of my great grandmother (feb 2017). Picked it up on 6/23/2017 at 8:15am with 86,010 no the odo. Bless my great grandparents for driving 10k miles in 20 years. Interior is in perfect condition (I mean absolutely perfect despite the dust build up from sitting in a garage in the middle of the country for 20 years being driven ever so often for no more then 50 miles). Sorry for the long history, love my great grandparents, love that I get to drive their car, even if it looks like a grandma car, Ill make a beast out of it yet.

Going to get the windows tinted ( little lower than legal limit on front 2, extremely low on the back 3)

Looking to get a head unit with a motorized touch screen display, not sure which to go with, cheaper or more expensive. Suggestions?
