Bought with 30K and now has 180K when trans blew. Always synthetic oil and except for an intermittent wiring issue around 150K, it was been fantastically reliable. Wire shorting inside rubber boot between body and tail liftgate. 24 valves make it responsive and fun. Has also helped to fund state police on occasion. It's an old friend that didn't deserve the boneyard contrary to what my wife and kids feel.

Just the sweet 24 Valve DOHC that is still running strong. Various new parts and seals over 18 years.

Expensive fitted front seat covers which match the leather in back seat.

Right side small area of sculpted metal from a daughter's roommate while in college. Left side long artistic grooving from unknown parking lot perpetrator. It helps to think of these as a form of modern artwork at 180K. Body shop work, predominantly the paint, makes it uneconomical to repair. It has character.

The radio works fine for a 70+ year old man who spent a lot of time around jet engines.

Just good struts/shocks.

Slightly over-sized tires hold the road better on the factory alloy wheels
