shift cable

Hello .My 94 bull wagon's shifter cable is stuck or rusted to where I can't move it. Yes it is free from both engine side and console . My problem I cannot find a replacement .Any where in mid Michigan. Dealers say this part is obsolete . And salvage yards don't have . With all our contacts here can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks dadscar

Do the taillights go on when you hit the brakes?

Yes That's why I'm down to the cable being loose from both ends. it will not slide in and out. I am in process of taking it out. But I've read on here that you should have replacement cable tied to old one so you can follow back into place . Thanks I just need to find a replacement

I have the cable out and now I need a replacement. Surely someone has one or knows someone. I've exhausted all my leads here in mid Michigan. Any help is greatly appreciated
