What kind of oil do you run in your Vulcan engine?

So, my Taurus is due for an oil change this weekend. Not sure yet what brand oil and filter I will be using. Well, filter will probably be Motorcraft. What are you folks using? Also, someone recommended that I use Lucas Oil Stabilizer. Don't know know if I will or not.

Motorcraft filter, regardless of oil. You don't state your service interval my, Vulcans always got Supertech dino at 3k interval. Search is your friend:

Don't bother with Lucas Oil Stabilizer.

For the last 6 years and 68K miles in my Duratec wagon, just regular old Supertech dino oil, changed at 4-5K miles, and a Motorcraft filter.

Sorry, I was too lazy to do a search. It is an '07 so I am thinking 3k miles. And by my guesstimation, I should be right at 3000 miles. I will get some 5W-20 dino oil and a Motorcraft filter. Thanks!

Ran mine on Supertech or what ever was on sale. 5W30 and a Motorcraft filter. 5000 mile changes.
