Rubber conditioner for suspension/tie rod boots?

Hello all,

Does anyone apply rubber conditioner on suspension/tie rod boots to prevent them from cracking?

Thank you

I just use 3M silicone paste. Any silicone lube spray works great for protecting any rubber parts. Also works great on door seals in the winter to lower the chance of the door getting frozen shut.
