If you change the fuel tank capacity then you will need to need a new fuel pump module to get the correct float/fuel level sensor. Other than that you should think about insurance value if it gets hit. A small accident will total the car and the value will be about $2000 US or less and you will have $12000 invested.

I believe he said $12,000....not $2,000. Some people like throwing money away I guess.
