Forum features...?

I am not used to this forum format compared to others of which I belong.
What does "Rep Power" and "Trader Score" mean?

Thanks.

Rep power is based on user generated feedback. Below a user's profile on every post you will see a scale icon, users can click on it to provide feedback on the advice given.

OK, I think?

How is it (in this topic for example) that you, who has more posts than me, you have less "rep" thingys? I would think that with your knowledge and total posts that you would have more.

I just gave to a "reppy" but it did not change your count.

It must be that another member gave me a "reppy" but how do I know who did it and for what reply? I see folks sending "likes" my way but do not recall any notifications of receiving a "reppy."

If it was user generated you will see it listed when you click on the 'User CP' link. If it was admin or md generated it will usually not show. Unfortunately when AG added the 'like' feature that went out the window.
