Rockauto Customer Service

Anyone have a number or email address for them? Got two struts for my '03. When installed the car sits almost two inches high. Tried to get it aligned and they said too high. Might be wrong struts. Go figure.

Tried that and it did not work. Cannot get a phone number or email address to a real person.

They used to have an 800# at the top right corner of their home page but it seems to be gone. The direct number is (608)661-1376

jag1959 the number you provided is the corporate offices. On the recording they no longer take customer service calls.

Problem is they sent a quick strut that was 1 1/8 inches longer piston travel and the spring in 0.030 inches larger in diameter, making it stiffer, resulting in a ride 1 1/2 inches high.

I checked an old receipt for that number. I have received email in the past from [email protected] Failing any luck there try initiating a return and see if their system generates contact info?

I recently used their online return system and received a refund. It was for a low cost item though which I didn't have to return.

Be careful how you answer the questions as my first attempt resulted in a decline. I was only able to complete the refund because I had purchased two of the same item so processed the return / refund on the second item.

Well I did contact them via the [email protected]. Since I installed them and it was a closeout with a 30-day warrantee, no luck.

But thanks for the help.
