Thanks John! I learned a lot about working on cars because of that thing, when we put the 5 speed in I forced my father to keep the Hurt T handle in it instead of the new ball shift nob.

Love the car... No T-Tops what kinda shenanigans?! Also, it's definitely a Pontiac 400? Not the 403? It's not that I doubt you but they're so rare and alot people generalize the 2 together. My dad has a red 68 convertible 4 speed with another Pontiac 400. Those engines alone can fetch 5 digits

Nope its a really a Pontiac 400 6.6L. Plus no t-tops= no leaks!
