2009 Taurus SEL FWD rear Strut replacement

I'm trying to install a set of Gabriel Loaded Struts and can't figure out on how to remove the Top of the Strut mount. I've removed all 4 Bolts from the top and it won't drop out. It seems to be hitting the K member.
