Question Upper Ball Joints?

I just replaced most of my front suspension, however I still hear and feel "a noise" when I hit certain types of bumps. I've had the car for a long time and this noise has always been there. Since pretty much everything else is new, I think it's a upper ball joint, but I couldn't find any videos which talk about them so I'm not sure. It's coming from the drivers side.

How should I test to see if the upper ball joint is bad?

How hard are they to replace?

Unhappy

How can that be? A part that wears out but is not replaceable?

They don't wear out because they do not exist.

Lightbulb

Well that's good, because it was starting to sound expensive LOL

What else might be causing the noise?

Guessing swaybar links were included in the "pretty much everything else is new" I'd suspect control arm/bushings or a cracked spring

^+1 with Mark. No upper bj's, only lower bj's on the sedan.

It can't be a cracked spring, I replaced both struts around a month ago.

How hard would it be to replace a control arm/bushings?

Did you install quick struts? I chased a clunk for a while on my 500, turned out to be a spacer/washer missing from top of the strut. Found it using a small cell phone, filming while driving. You could see the movement in relation to the clunking.
