New lock cylinder pre cut with keys

Is this something that someone offers? On my car the lock cylinder is pretty worn out to where each "step" is extremely loose, to the point where I can't even enter programming mode for remotes. Not only that, but the car only came with 1 key that's very obviously worn down, so I'm not super interested in buying a replacement where I have to match it to this key. I'm fine with programming new keys with ForScan, but I can't seem to find any kits that come with PATS keys.

They usually don't. You typically have to get a blank pats keys and cut it to match the new dummy key.

When you say "step" what are you refering to? Do you mean sliding the key in and out or rotating from lock to run etc?
