Water Intrusion

I active duty military and after I returned from a 3 month deployment, my interior was a breeding ground for mold/mildew. Looks like the water intrusion is coming from the passenger side (front and back) along the interior trim and cloth top of my 2011 T SEL, any way to pin point the true culprit? I was thinking the black exterior trim that runs along side the front and back door frames; no way to tell unless I remove the whole trim piece.

Anyone else having issues with water intrusion? or your thoughts on how I can identify and correct the water intrusion would be greatly appreciated.

Hoping to hear from you.

Do you have a sunroof? If you do, the drain tube in the front A-Pillar, and middle B-Pillar could also be the culprit.

Also check the Heat/AC Fresh Air intake. These can get clogged up with leaves and other debris, which clogs the water at the bottom of the tray. This will cause water to drain into the cab.
