Default Fuel system help

I've got a couple of questions for someone who may know a little about these systems.

The 2000 has a FPDM, my question is the wiring. I know where it is but does the wiring go to the computer, or does it go to the pump. Or both? I've been following wires and I couldn't exactly figure out where they went or how the system worked in the car. There is only one plug so it doesn't seem to be a bridge.

In a 1995 SHO, does the car even have a FPDM, or is that all controlled by the computer? I've looked high and low for one in the car and can't find it at all. My guess is that that thing is something new to the cars.

I'm sure this thing is vital to the control of the fuel pump so I really got to figure this one out.

Thanks.

Yes, the FPDM is connected to the PCM, the fuel pump fuse, and the fuel pump. The PCM sends signals to it asking for more or less fuel pressure and the FPDM responds by adjusting power to the pump.

The 1995 does not have a FPDM. In that cases the PCM controls the pump by just turning the relay on and off.
