ok so i installed an intake today and accidentally broke my MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR with it plugged in the car will stall so i unplugged it and the cars running fine... it just shifts harder and its not shifting down as easily as it was with stock so i was wondering if it was ok to run the car without it attached? since ford is claiming a new sensor will be $200

the intake makes it sound great tho

pics coming soon

it will run yes, but horrible gas mileage, and wont pass an emissions test ever again. get a junkyard one from the same year/engine. what broke?

You can get a PMAS MAF sensor from Shobros. I guess that's one of the top of the line MAF which is better than Motorcraft.

If you are WC is not going to be too easy to find. IF you are EC, you are in a better position. As "dedra" told you ebay is your friend. I also agreed, you need to change the position of your WAI. You are sucking hot air by the ton. Let us know if you need any help with that, obviously do some search first.

NTICED1,

Ur CAI looks like it was accidentally put between the engine and battery. It's actually a WAI now since it drawing in only hot air from the engine bay. The best way is to following the example above.

What is that ZEX thing? What is the green hose going into the pipe? Oh dude, i've got the same sexy ass battery.

yea i had to put it between the battery because it wouldnt fit in the fender without me cutting it

i thought it would be ok there because it is right infront of the fans and grill but if its making me lose power im gonna have to cut it and put it in the fender....
