Okay, I'm really not fat. I'm 6'3" and about 210lbs on a good day, which is not bad.
Anyways, apparently those in Canada have access to the "Double Big Mac". Simply put it is a bigmac with two extra beef patties (total of 4) and one extra slice of cheese. Since we don't have these here in St. Louis, Missouri in the good ol' US of A, I decided to create my own. I purchased a big mac and a McDouble plain (just the bun meat and cheese). I then proceeded to separate the McDouble, and stick one patty of it on the top (the one with more cheese) of the big mac, and one on the bottom. Creating a double big mac! Yay! Some of you may find this disgusting, but It was delicious. Much better than a normal big mac. I'm going to make a triple big mac next time. 6 beef patties! Total of 9.6oz of meat! Still under 3/4lb that some restaurants make. The double big mac almost wouldn't fit in my mouth lol. Picture of my custom creation:

I can't eat McDonalds lol, I think it is the worst of all the fast food. I'll only eat the Southern Style chicken sandwich from there. Double Baconator from Wendy's is probably my favorite fast food burger. You got me beat too, 6' 190-195.

Now for the rest of the story. Back in the day I used to make boxes for MCD and the meat packers that made their patties. They had two patties, a 10:1 and a 4:1. The 10:1, which means it takes 10 patties to make a pound, was used on everything except the 1/4 pounder. That used the 4:1. So actually the big mac has a total of 3.2 oz. of meat and the 1/4 has 4 oz. So unless things have changed, if you want more meat get the ¼, more bun get the big mac.

Hah! Not by much though! I'm pretty dang close to you! You probably beat me on years (by a lot!) though, which stands for something!

I know you're joking, but McDonalds uses 100% grade A beef and 100% REAL white meat chicken. No additives no fillers on either. People always don't believe it, but it is true.

6'2", 210 lbs here. Living in Canada and enjoying the DBL as a regular menu item. And I do enjoy McD's. Though my favourite fast food burger is BK's Angry Whopper. Oh hell yeah!! *LOL*

Never liked BK much. It's expensive too. The reason I like McDonalds is it's cheap! I will create my own double big mac more often now! May try out a triple O_o
