In my city we just got a couple new cruisers. One being a silver Magnum looking completely stock aside from the standard police wheels and the same for the black Charger.

They're sneaky little bastards in those cars. Sit on the freeway with their hood and trunk open appearing to be broken down when really they're clocking you in and radioing it down to about 5 CVs lined up.

Woah, that's very creative. Next, Honda's will become police cars...no one would expect an Accord.

Do those new Magnums have the 5.7 V8 Hemi?

Stick with the CV.

My eyes aren't trianed to look for magnums and chargers.

I'd rather have a rustbucket than a rice rocket!

Depends on the package.

Alot will - Some are opting for the V6 more fuel efficient models. And a few RARELY, will get the 6.1 HEMI

The new Chargers in Ottawa primarily have the 3.5L V6. Gives the same performance as the CVPI and uses less fuel.

I think it's funny, the smallest town around here has a charger, but no mayor. The cop is always hanging out 15 miles away from his city limits at the gas station near my house. Another nearby city has a blue riced out and lowered civic hatchback they use to try to get people to race it. I guess it's a cop's personal ride, so he just rides around in it until someone takes the bait and he radios it in.

Give a man a fire and he'll be warm for the day. Set him on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

The North Dakota State Patrol is almost switching over to the Hemi Chargers...they only started testing them out a year ago.

I'm not a trooper (yet), and all I rode in were CV's, and I'm a guy, so, um, I dunno. I do understand the point that they need as much space as possible, though.
