when my taurus is running antifreeze fill the resivoir and runs over no boiling just overrun please help the manual points to bad radiator cap HELP

Could be. When the car warms up the coolant in the cooling system expands and the radiator cap holds back some of that pressure to raise the boil over point of the coolant. If your cap is bad then it's not holding back enough of the water and letting it out into the overflow tank at too low of a pressure. Replace the cap and see what happens. Won't hurt anything.
