Default My 98 Taurus fault codes. What do first?

How to best approach repair of my wife's Taurus? What do first?

Much thanks for ANY advice!

98 Taurus SE (3.0 L DOHC Duratec 30 V6)

Symptoms:
Wife says car stalls in morning backing out.
I think engine runs rough here and there; perhaps accelerating, hard to say.
Check engine light been on long time.

Fault codes:
P1742 - Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit Failed On *
P1744 - Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit Performance *
P0135 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0401 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient Detected
P0155 - (Pending fault) O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

Also, perhaps relevant:

No lights on football work, HVAC controls work, No radio at all.
-Dimmer has no effect.
-All fuses checked for continuity and contacts cleaned.
-Pulled football, cleaned all connectors.

All lights (running, brake, blinks, dome, etc.) work. No burnt bulbs.

I did just replace the blink unit.
I did replace oil pan gasket couple months ago and degreased engine.

Okay, I answered my own questions think:

For the P1742, P1744 codes (TCC related) I will:
  • flush trans fluid
  • Check harness connector for trans fluid. From the forum: I removed the airbox and on the top of the tranny there are two wire harnesses, unplug the white one( this harness is the smaller one with 9 wires) if their is tranny fluid in the harness it will cause a false signal to the Torque converter solenoid. All that needs to be replaced is a small o ring on the inside of the tranny. The hard part is putting it in. You have to remove the side cover on the tranny.
  • Replace TCC solenoid
  • And hope trans is not failing.

For the P0135, P0155 codes (O2 sensor heater circuits related)

For the P0401 code:
  • DPFE needs to be replaced.

I haven't figured the radio deal yet.
