Probably outer tie rod end. Could be a ball joint. Not a wheel bearing.

That sounds really dry, like something needs to be greased or something. Mine makes clunks when it makes sharp turns, parking lots for example.

Zack, grease/replace your outer tie rod ends. If you replace, then align.

Had that similar noise on my 2001 T and it was a dry ball joint. I ended up buying a grease injection needle that connects to a grease gun. I injected about three pumps into the ball joint and noise disappeared. It is still quite two years latter. Make sure you dont have play in that ball joint because it could be going bad. The tie rod can be popped from the knucke and the boot may pop off if it doesn't slide the needle down the tapered stud so you don't puncture the boot. Or puncturethe boot and get it done in ten minutes.

I had a similar noise on my mothers Tbird. Ball joint was extremely dry. First thing I would do is get a grease gun and lube up everything with a grease zerk.
