I'm Subscribed to Ericthecarguy on youtube, and he just put up this video on how to change the fuel pump on a 1999 Ford Taurus. (and probably for other years too)

Thanks, that may be in my near future. I think I might opt for the cut hole method though as dropping the tank looks like a pain.
