Post How do you clean/maintain Power seat tracks?

I have a 1991 Taurus GL. My power seat for the driver won't go back all the way unless I push my foot against the firewall and even then it does it very slowly. I can tell by the way it feels that it's like there is some debris in the track that is gumming it up. I have removed everything from under the seat. Is there a process for cleaning the seat track that someone my know of? Also is there a type of grease I can use on the seat track once I get it clean?

Maybe some brake cleaner spray followed by some white lithium grease spray. Sounds like the ol motor is getting weak and about to give up the ghost.
