Default bulb replacement turn signal front 1998 Taurus

1998 Taurus wagon. How do I replace a front passenger side turn signal bulb? I tried to remove the headlight module but it wouldn't come out. I enlarged the peep hole in the fiberglass frame and can barely fit one hand in, does the lamp socket harness just pull out, or is it a twist-lock type with foam/rubber weather gasket? Anything else or trick to get to the bulb? Help!

unbolt the headlight (4 bolts on top, one of then is a tightnening bolt, a long skinny bolt, try loosening that one, you can tell which one it is 'cuz there is no bracket on it.). Remove it then go in from the side you should be able to just reach the bulb socket, I think it twists out,you should be able to twist it with your fingers, thats how I got mine out.

Thanks, I successfully replaced the bulb. I still get a rapid clicking and the new front bulb is out. If I leave the turn signal on after a while it stops rapid clicking and does regular clicking and the bulb flashes properly. I see fuses and relays, do these newer cars have flashers? Could the flasher be going out? Strange...?
