2002 Taurus ( duh) SE model manual controls U eng code

I have looked through the Topic Finder and also have looked through the first 10+ pages and used the search engine. But still cant find what I'm looking for. Going to have to replace the heater core in the wife's Taurus. So I might as well replace all the hoses. The two hoses that feed the core look very rusty and one of them has what looks to be a very very small leak in it. It also looks like the previous owner may have capped off the bypass line. Here are some pics I took:
The yellow and green lines denote the hoses I'm trying to get the names for

The red circle is the leak I spoke of. It has been this way since She started driving this car. Which was about 6 weeks ago.

The coolant is a very nice green color. So I think the previous owner may have just had a quick flush and fill done.

Green one is the outlet pipe, yellow is the inlet hose pipe.

I called the dealership about the outlet as I'm looking for it too $95

Dunno about the inlet pipe.

Post up here if you find it somewhere else
