99 3.0 OHV I need the pulley torque specs and the tensioner mounting bolt torque spec too....I cant find it in my chiltons book!! thanks....Garth

Tight.... but not too tight

TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS Description Nm Lb-Ft
Drive Belt Tensioner Bolt—3.0L (2V)/3.0L (2V) FF 40-55 30-40
Drive Belt Tensioner Bolt—3.0L (4V) 20-30 15-22
Drive Belt Tensioner Bolt—3.4L SHO 52-78 39-57

great...now what is the torque for the pulley bolt???

Just tighten it down. FWIW I seldom use the torque wrench on anything unless it is super critical. Unless the threads are clean and the bolts are new then it is going to be off anyway.
