I have a 97 3.0L vulcan i have been fighting with since changing the engine.
i saw another post about losing the low speed fan because of a bad resistor.
I don't have the shop manual on this one yet, and looked around
and could not find a resistor on the radiator support.

where is the low speed fan resistor located for the radiator coolilng fans?
what is its value in ohms?

Which relays in the fuse box are the high speed and low speed?
Which fuses are for the fans?

bob

It's in the right front corner, area, behind the bumper and below the headlight. Look around there - i can't find a decent pic in the service manual, but that's where it's hidden.

It's the white thing between the washer tank and the radiator hose.
